The MIA Board of Directors is made up of twelve (12) Regular Member Directors consisting of the authorized representatives of 8 North American and 4 Foreign Members and one Associate Member Director. All are elected at MIA's annual meeting. The Board is the key governing body of the MIA and supervises all affairs, meeting twice a year to conduct the business of the association, elect officers, set strategic direction, and develop priorities for the organization. Elected officers include the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
