Marmomacc Comes to America StonExpo now StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas
July 2, 2008 — DALLAS, TEXAS — StonExpo, the leading natural stone trade show in the United States, and Marmomacc, the world's largest trade fair in the stone and design sector, announced today a new strategic alliance and the rebranding of StonExpo to StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas.
"In the past three years, StonExpo has experienced 95% growth. Now with the united strength of the StonExpo and Marmomacc brands, this event will be propelled into a global market. The combination of resources between Marmomacc and StonExpo will bring extraordinary value to the industry and participants of future events" stated Galen Poss, President, Hanley Wood Exhibitions. "This is a big win for the North American stone community," Poss continued.
StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas is expected to expand its position as the leading North American stone and technology event for fabricators, installers, builders, and distributors. With the addition of Marmomacc's influence and strength within the architecture & design segments, significant growth is anticipated in these key market segments creating outstanding value for all who exhibit and attend.

Marmomacc is owned and organized by Veronafiere, held annually in Verona - Italy. Its 43rd edition will be held October 2-5, 2008.
